Supporting Scholarly Dialogue: We worked to position H-Net as a leader in discussions about the use of AI in research, teaching, and learning. On Feb 20-21, 2025, and available via live stream on the H-Net Commons, we will co-host an inaugural symposium on artificial intelligence in the humanities and social sciences. “Fear, Faith, and Praxis: Artificial Intelligence, Humanities, and Social Sciences,” focuses on student-centered approaches to the use of AI in pedagogical practice and reassessing previous assumptions about AI as scholars develop new frameworks for AI literacy and humanist engagement in the development of research tools. This event will be available on for live streaming and later recorded access without the barriers of travel or cost.
